You may use this site for your own lawful, personal or internal business purposes. In using the site, you agree that you will not:

All content on this website — including the Everything Creative name, logo, brand marks, the "BrandScore" and "Find My Path" tools, workbooks, playbooks, frameworks, methodologies, written copy, graphics, layouts, photography and downloadable products — is owned by Everything Creative Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
What you may not do
- Use our name, logo or brand identity in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation without our prior written consent;
- Reproduce, distribute, licence, sell, or publicly display our content or products, in whole or in part;
- Modify, adapt or create derivative works from our frameworks, tools or materials;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or ownership notices.
What you may do
When you purchase or download a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business use. You do not acquire any ownership rights, and you may not share, resell or distribute it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Everything Creative Ltd.

5. Digital Products & Payments
Prices for our digital products are shown on the site and may change at any time. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly or by download, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered at the point of sale.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your use of a payment provider is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
6. Free Tools & Results
Our free tools — including the BrandScore audit and the "Find My Path" quiz — and any scores, recommendations, coaching or content we provide are offered for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, financial or business advice, and results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.
7. Disclaimers
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites we link to.

- To respond to your enquiries and provide the tools, products or services you request;

How we store and share it
Form submissions and email sign-ups are processed and stored using our website and hosting platform (Netlify) and related service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, or where required by law. We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
10. Email & Marketing Communications
When you give us your email address through a form on this site, you agree that we may use it to respond to you and — where you have opted in — to send you newsletters, product updates, offers and related communications from Everything Creative.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
11. Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent you have given. These Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from your use of the site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica, without affecting any mandatory legal protections available to you in your country of residence.
